MEGAN PORTRAIT SESSION | ATLANTA FILM PHOTOGRAPHER | ATLANTA, GA

I am so excited to share these film shots from my session with Megan! She was so kind as to head out with me early one Sunday morning for an impromptu little session to test a bunch of film cameras I have sitting around in my house. I’ve been really pushing film sessions lately and I’m so excited to have my first fully film session be with Megan. As a fellow film lover, and film photographer, it couldn’t have been a better match!

This was a great portrait session with experiments in angles and different kinds of film cameras that turned out like a dream. For me, film isn’t about perfection. It’s about truth to the time and place and person I am photographing, so if you’re looking for those perfect “film” shots you won’t find them here. You’ll only find true film exactly as it was shot right out of the camera - grain and all. I am in love with every frame and am so so excited to be doing more sessions with this girl in the future!
